By choosing to attend sessions hosted by Mental Health United I agree to the following:
On and off the field, I will:
- Stick to the rules and celebrate the spirit of the game
- Always show respect to everyone involved in the session
- Encourage fair play and high standards of behaviour
- Never engage in public criticism of the Match Officials / volunteers / coaches and abide by their final decisions
- Be gracious in victory and defeat
- Be aware of the potential impact of bad language on others
- Never engage in abusive language, bullying or intimidating behaviour
- Behave in an inclusive and non discriminatory manner
- Respect all facilities used
I understand that if I do not follow the Code of Conduct, I may:
- Be asked to apologise to whoever I’ve upset
- Receive a formal warning
- Be advised to attend a FA education course
- Be suspended from attending sessions
- Not be selected for club events
- Be asked to leave the club
Any failures to comply with the clubs code of conduct will result in the club taking disciplinary action using the clubs disciplinary procedure.
